He has a thorough understanding of how international agrochemical giants approach R&D, design global registration strategies, and navigate the regulatory review mechanisms of major markets such as Europe and the United States. As a core member of this globally positioned, full-value-chain agricultural trading house, he was deeply involved in and witnessed the globalization of global bulk agricultural commodity trade and agricultural supply chains. This experience gives our team a macro-level international perspective on agricultural development — enabling us not to be confined to the single technical dimension of pesticide registration, but to provide forward-looking commercial insight and strategic advice for clients' overseas product positioning from higher dimensions such as global agricultural value-chain coordination, cross-border agricultural trade flows, and target-country agricultural policy orientations.

As our specially appointed U.S. Technical Advisor, she brings deep official regulatory experience and cutting-edge scientific review standards into our compliance system, helping Chinese agrochemical companies overcome technical and regulatory barriers to enter the U.S. and North American markets efficiently and compliantly.

Also a panel expert of the Pesticide International Cooperation (Belt & Road) Working Committee of the China Pesticide Development & Application Association, he combines a U.S. regulatory perspective with Chinese industry resources to provide key technical support on drift and toxicology for registration projects.
